The Office Assistant Crew Supervisor will be the liaison between crew members and Operations Supervisors. Primary responsibilities will be ensuring that all safety protocol and procedures are followed at all times.

Shift: Monday-Friday; 6:00am-3:00pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate calls from field technicians
  • Responsible for yard check-in/out of vehicles and chemicals
  • Inventory management
  • Ensure that all safety protocol and procedures are adhered to.  
    • Equipment is properly connected and secured
    • Techs wearing proper PPE when filling and loading
    • Speeds are adhered to in the yard
    • Remote quality assurance checks
    • Assist with spotting drivers at ATV/Club-car loading area
  • Training may be limited to yard related procedures
  • Pesticide/Herbicide handling
  • Organization of yard staging areas and crew sheds
  • Assist with performing remote Quality Assurance checks for field technicians
  • Assist with crew administrative and operational responsibilities

Successful Candidate Must:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a valid Driver's License with an excellent driving record
  • Possess map reading and navigational skills
  • Possess a high school degree or equivalent
  • Attention to detail as well as good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Effectively communicate both written and verbal forms
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
  • Capable to use hand held technical devices including, but not limited to, GPS and Android phone applications
  • Equipment experience with trailers and ATV's
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to work through the end of our 2018 season (September/October)
  • Must be available to work to work Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Candidate must be comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment
